Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
Refunds are available for custom orders only. A full refund will be given if the order is cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the pickup date. A 50% refund is offered for cancellations more than 14 days prior to pickup. Any orders cancelled 14 days or less from the pickup date will not be refunded.
